Yoga and Meditation groups are held each Saturday at 8:30 am.  These groups helps and teaches clients to learn to relax and calm themselves during stressful
​times in their lives.

Studies show that 30 min of light exercise everyday helps reduce stress and helps with overall increase in physical health.  A 30 minute walk or short jog with a friend or family member helps promote good support systems as well.  So get out there!!!!
